Brainspotting (BSP)  is a remarkable therapeutic approach that taps into the brain's innate ability to heal itself. Developed in 2003 by David Grand, Ph.D., Brainspotting offers a unique and effective way to address trauma, stress, and emotional and physical challenges. Since this discovery, therapists and other practitioners have been trained in Brainspotting in the United States, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa.

Expansion Brainspotting is a non-therapeutic frame that utilizes the connection between eye position and brain activity to access and process emotional, creative or physical performance blocks. By identifying specific eye positions called "brainspots," individuals can tap into their brain's natural healing mechanisms, facilitating expansion and growth. Expansion Brainspotting  is a powerful, focused method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core sources of creative, spiritual or performance blocks or to expand on an idea, expression, experience, spiritual, creative or performance goal. Through this personal, powerful and focused method we can identify, process, release and change core neurophysiological sources creative or physical  blocks that may be hindering a person’s daily function. And, so much more!
